Among the types of Personal Data that the Site collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Trackers; Usage Data; number of Users; session statistics; session duration; scroll and page interactions; clicks; mouse movements; interaction events; layout details; device information; country; time zone; and, where you contact us, your name, email address, and message content.
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using the Site. Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose it was collected for:
Specific retention periods: enquiry correspondence is kept for up to [12/24] months after your enquiry is resolved; Google Analytics user- and event-level data is retained for [2/14] months; Microsoft Clarity data is retained by Microsoft for up to 12 months. Once the retention period expires, Personal Data is deleted, after which the rights of access, erasure, rectification, and portability can no longer be enforced.
The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide the Site, comply with legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect its rights and interests (or those of its Users or third parties), and detect malicious or fraudulent activity, as well as for: Analytics; Heat mapping and session recording; Tag management; Hosting and backend infrastructure; and Contacting the User.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google utilises the Data collected to track and examine the use of the Site, to prepare reports on its activities, and to share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network. In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at collection time and then discarded before Data is logged in any data centre or server (Google's documentation). Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — a session recording and heat mapping service provided by Microsoft Corporation. These services display the areas of the Site that Users interact with most frequently and may record sessions for later visual playback. Sensitive form inputs are masked by default. Microsoft processes or receives Personal Data via Microsoft Clarity, which may be used for any purpose in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including improving and providing Microsoft Advertising.

Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) — a tag management service that helps the Owner manage the tags or scripts needed on the Site in a centralised fashion. This results in Users' Data flowing through the service, potentially resulting in the retention of this Data. To understand Google's use of Data, consult their partner policy and Business Data page.

[HOSTING PROVIDER, e.g. Vercel Inc. / Cloudflare, Inc. / etc.] — hosts the Data and files that enable the Site to run and be distributed. Such services may work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where Personal Data is stored.

Google Search Console (Google LLC) — provides the Owner with aggregated data about how the Site appears in Google Search results (such as search queries, impressions, and clicks). This data is aggregated and anonymous, is supplied to the Owner by Google, and does not involve placing Trackers on your device or identifying individual visitors.
Google and Microsoft may process data outside the UK and European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension), to which both Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation are certified, and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Users are entitled to learn about the legal basis of Data transfers outside the UK/EU and about the security measures taken to safeguard their Data by contacting the Owner.

Requests can be directed to the Owner using the contact details in this document. Requests are free of charge and will be answered as early as possible, and always within one month. Any rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing will be communicated by the Owner to each recipient to whom the Personal Data has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
The User's Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Owner in court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of the Site. The User declares to be aware that the Owner may be required to reveal Personal Data upon request of public authorities.
